Lauki ka Chilka-A perfect blend of bottle gourd peels and potatoes..rich in fiber and tastes yummy!
What you need-lauki-2
potatoes 2
heeng-1/2 tsp
jeera-1/2 tsp
whole red chillies-2
salt to taste
cooking oil-1tbsp
jeera powder-1/2 tsp
Method
Peel lauki with a knife so that you can get thick peels. Cut potatoes in large cubes. Cut the peels finely and boil both potatoes and peels in open pan for about 15 minutes.Drain excess water.
heat oil in a pan. Add heeng, jeera,whole chillies and put boiled peels and potatoes in it. Add salt,jeera powder and cover it. Cook for another 15 minutes. Serve hot with hot parantha or fulkas.
